EMOTIONAL AWARENESS

CLASS

Our Emotional Awareness Class provides a calm, supportive group setting where participants/Individuals can explore, understand, manage and communicate their  feelings, self-expression at their own pace. Guided by a mental health trained professional (Psychiatric nurse, councillor, psychologist, behavioural specialist), the group practices activities such as recognising emotions, mindfulness, stress reduction exercises, and positive behaviour, communication skills.
