Float Tank Therapy
Participants can experience our float tanks in a peaceful environment designed to support relaxation, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing. The buoyancy of the water reduces pressure on muscles and joints, making it particularly beneficial for participants with physical disabilities, chronic pain, fatigue, or mobility limitations. The reduced sensory input can assist individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, psychosocial disabilities, and sensory processing differences by providing a calm space to relax, self-regulate, and reduce feelings of overwhelm. Float therapy may also support improved sleep, stress management, and overall emotional wellbeing.
Sensory Regulation
Our hydrotherapy program provides a low-stimulation environment that supports participants who may experience sensory sensitivities, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or difficulty managing stress. The combination of warm water, quiet surroundings, and reduced external distractions can help participants regulate their nervous system, improve focus, and develop coping strategies for emotional wellbeing. This service can be particularly beneficial for participants with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, and sensory processing challenges.

1:1 Support
Participants receive personalised support from trained staff before, during, and after their float therapy session. Individualised support helps participants feel safe, comfortable, and confident when engaging in a new experience. Staff can assist with communication, reassurance, emotional regulation, mobility needs, personal care requirements, and goal achievement. This ensures that each participant can access the benefits of hydrotherapy in a way that aligns with their individual abilities, preferences, and NDIS goals while promoting independence, confidence, and community participation.
Steaming Pod
Participants may also access our wellness steamer as part of their hydrotherapy experience. Steamer sessions can promote relaxation, support circulation, assist with muscle recovery, and encourage stress reduction. For participants who experience muscle tightness, physical tension, anxiety, or emotional stress, the warm environment may provide a calming and therapeutic experience. Staff supervision ensures participants can access the steamer safely and comfortably according to their individual support needs.
